During this recruitment process, you will have the ability to join one of our nineteen recognized fraternities at Texas A&M University. By registering for IFC recruitment, you allow an employee within the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life access to your current GPA. This ensures you meet the minimum grade point average requirement to join one of our organizations. Additionally, to receive an invitation to join one of these groups, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- GPA Requirements:
- 3.0, Cumulative high school GPA.
- 2.5, Cumulative Texas A&M GPA
- Be a current Texas A&M University student and/or enrolled in the Blinn Team program.
- Full-time Blinn College or TAMU Rellis students are not eligible to accept an invitation to join a Texas A&M Fraternity.
- Attend one (1) of the three (3) events hosted by the Interfraternity Council from September 3rd - 10th.
- Registration cost of $30.00.
- Upon accepting your bid, you must attend a hazing prevention session hosted on September 13th.
