If you have already signed up, click here to login to your account.
Congratulations on your decision to register for Panhellenic Primary Recruitment! We can't wait to meet you! Please make sure you tell us about yourself at the bottom of this page and complete the required information in order to officially register. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $10 which covers your Recruitment t-shirt.

We will be hosting a "Meet the Panhellenic" event on Wednesday, August 27th for you to start getting to know our chapters. And make sure to mark your calendar to attend our Potential New Member (PNM) Orientation on either Friday, August 29th or Friday, September 5th to get final instructions on participating in Panhellenic recruitment! Further details will be emailed to you after you register.

There will be a review of financial responsibilities at all of these events, and we will be sharing that information with you directly via email after the first day of classes (August 26th).

We recommend you read through our Panhellenic Recruitment Guidebook here.

Recruitment starts on the 3rd floor of the Student Center on Monday, September 8th with Open House Rounds across three days: the 8th, 9th, and 10th. You must visit all 7 Panhellenic chapters in those days. You can choose to meet with 3 on Monday and 4 on Wednesday, or meet with all 7 in one evening. It's totally up to your schedule!
Once you've visited all 7 chapters, your Recruitment Counselor will help you to input your preferences on the PNM Companion app.

Based on your invitations for the next round, you will meet with up to 5 chapters to learn more about their Sisterhood on Friday, September 12th. Again, you will submit your preferences for which chapter you would like to return to on the PNM Companion app with your Recruitment Counselor at the end of your events.

On Saturday, September 13th, you will visit up to 2 chapters for the Preference round. Once you've completed your events on Saturday, you will meet with the Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) and the Graduate Assistant for FSL to complete the Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement (MRABA). You can learn more about the MRABA here: MRABA Explainer Video

Finally, on Sunday, September 14th, we will all come together for Bid Day! This day is to celebrate all of the new members who are joining our chapters as a Panhellenic community.

It is important to note that structured recruitment is a mutual selection process, which means that both potential members and individual sororities are making choices about membership. The chapters prioritize the women they decide they would like to invite back each round, just like the women participating in the structured process are prioritizing which chapters they'd like to go back to. It is important to understand that you may not always get invited back to the chapters you would like to attend, but we hope that you will explore all options regardless.
