Time Commitments During Recruitment

As a Potential New Member (PNM), your active participation is vital for a smooth and successful experience. You can expect the following required events:

• PNM Orientation: Meet your Recruitment Counselors (Rho Gammas) and learn how the process works.

• Recruitment Rounds: Attend scheduled events with each sorority chapter across multiple days.

• Daily Check-ins: Meet with your Recruitment Counselor for updates and reflection.

Please plan to be fully available during the recruitment period. A detailed calendar with all events and times will be shared soon.

What to Expect as a New Member

If you receive a bid and join a chapter, your first term will be filled with opportunities for growth and connection! Chapters typically require attendance at:

• Weekly new member meetings

• Chapter-wide meetings

• Philanthropy/service events

• Sisterhood programs and educational sessions

These commitments are designed to help you integrate into your chapter and the larger Panhellenic community.

Financial Obligations & Membership Costs

Each chapter sets its own fee structure, but all provide financial transparency during recruitment. This is when you'll learn specific dues, payment plans, and what’s included.

In general, member dues help cover:

• Chapter events and sisterhood activities

• National organization fees

• Recruitment and initiation expenses

• Daily operations and facility maintenance (if applicable)
