Below is some important information to help you prepare for recruitment:As a Potential New Member (PNM), your active participation is vital for a smooth and successful experience. You can expect the following required events:
PNM Orientation: Meet your Recruitment Counselors (Rho Gammas) and learn how the process works.
Recruitment Rounds: Attend scheduled events with each sorority chapter across multiple days.
Daily Check-ins: Meet with your Recruitment Counselor for updates and reflection.
Please plan to be fully available during the recruitment period. A detailed calendar with all events and times will be shared soon.
If you receive a bid and join a chapter, your first term will be filled with opportunities for growth and connection! Chapters typically require attendance at:
Weekly new member meetings
Chapter-wide meetings
Philanthropy/service events
Sisterhood programs and educational sessions
These commitments are designed to help you integrate into your chapter and the larger Panhellenic community.
Each chapter sets its own fee structure, but all provide financial transparency during recruitment. This is when you'll learn specific dues, payment plans, and what’s included.
In general, member dues help cover:
Chapter events and sisterhood activities
National organization fees
Recruitment and initiation expenses
Daily operations and facility maintenance (if applicable)
Your Recruitment Counselo team will be in touch soon to introduce themselves and help guide you through the recruitment process. They’ll be your go-to resource for questions, encouragement, and support every step of the way.
