Welcome to Wright State University Panhellenic Fall 2019 Sorority Recruitment!  Please take some time to complete this registration.

Please note: This registration is for Panhellenic Recruitment
 IF you are only interested in one of our Divine Nine NPHC chapters please do not continue with this form. Contact Gina Keucher at gina.keucher@wright.edu or 937-775-5560. 

The more information that you provide through the registration the better!  Our Chapter members want to know what you have already experienced as far as activities, clubs, organizations, volunteering, community involvement and so on!  Please be prepared to upload a picture, it does not have to be a fancy head shot!  The best picture is something simple - we use these to help us remember who we met because there will be A LOT of you and many of you have the same name!  You will be asked to pay a $25 recruitment registration fee using a bank card or credit card.  The recruitment fee helps offset the cost of hosting Panhellenic recruitment and includes a $1 donation to the Circle of Sisterhood.  There are NO REFUNDS for the registration fee. PNM Orientation- has two sessions you can choose one to attend and they are held on September 5th from 5-6 and 7-8. This event is highly encouraged for all women participating in Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, however - DO NOT skip class to attend.

Recruitment Begins on September 6th at 3 PM and will last until about 10:30 PM
Recruitment Continues September 7th at 10 AM and will last until 5 PM
Recruitment Continues September 8th at 12 PM and will be over by 7:30 PM
Bid day will be on September 9th at 5 PM

It is required that you be available for any round of recruitment for which you are invited to attend. We will always make an exception for class, there may be an emergency that we will consider - otherwise please plan to attend each day.  Please let a Panhellenic Officer or your Recruitment Counselor know of any schedule conflicts in advance.  If you have a class - DO NOT skip class to attend a recruitment event.
