Fall  2024 Primary Recruitment

Texas Woman’s University currently recognizes three out of the twenty-six National Panhellenic Conference sororities:

This year, Primary Recruitment will take place on September 5 -September 8, 2024. 

 You will be expected to attend all recruitment events in order to continue to participate in the process.  There is a $30 fee for registration to sign up for recruitment, this fee covers your recruitment t-shirt, recruitment supplies, and the recruitment software. Registration will close on September 6, 2024 at noon. There are no refunds given for this fee. 

Requirements to participate from the Office of Greek life, you must have at least a
2.5 cumulative GPA and be enrolled full time (12 hours) here at TWU.

Attendence is required at all recruitment events. 


Recruitment Weekend
September 5 Orientation: 5:00pm.
Attire: Casual 
September 6: Meet and Greet: 2:00 pm to 7 pm
Attire: Panhellenic Recruitment Shirt with whatever bottoms you are comfortable in.
September 7: Philanthropy: 1 - 6:30 pm  
Attire: Business Casual 
September 8: Preference: 9 am - 1:30 pm 
Attire: Business Professional 
September 8: Bid Distribution: 4:30 pm.
September 8: Bid Day Celebrations: 6:00 pm.
Attire: Casual
