Hello! Thank you for being interested in UTEP Panhellenic Fall Formal Recruitment!

 We are excited to meet you and help you find your home!

UTEP Panhellenic Formal Recruitment is a four-day process where women interested in joining a Panhellenic sorority will meet and greet with our current chapter members and learn more about joining a Panhellenic sorority.

When you register for Formal Recruitment, you become a Potential New Member, also know as PNM! We have a team of Rho Gammas, also known as Recruitment Counselors, who will help serve as your guides for the week!

We start with Orientation Day on Monday, to have all potential new members get an overview of what to expect for the week. The following days will be a series of “sessions” where PNMs get to hear presentations from the chapters and learn more about their events, sisterhood, philanthropy, etc.

The sessions are approximately 25 – 45 minutes based on the day, and we work with everyone to coordinate a schedule that works for all parties involved.

Wednesday, September 11 (open to all that register)

• Open House Night
• Check-in anytime after 3:30pm 
• Rounds run from 5:15 PM - 10:15 PM

Thursday, September 12 (invite only)

• Philanthropy Night
• Check-in anytime after 3:30pm 
• Rounds run from 5:15 PM - 10:15 PM

Friday, September 13 (invite only) 

• Preference Night
• Check-in anytime after 4:00pm 
• Rounds run from 5:15 PM - 9:00 PM

Saturday, September 14 (invite only) 

Wednesday, September 18 (for ALL CHAPTER MEMBERS)

• Celebration for New Members (OPEN TO ALL CHAPTER MEMBERS)

Schedule conflicts:

Our goal is that everyone is available as much as possible to help during the time frame listed for each night. At a minimum, you will want to be available for at least 2 hours during the time frame. However, if you have class, work, or another prior commitment, we ask that you don't hesitate to get in touch with our team to share that with us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate your schedule each day.

We encourage you to attend all rounds throughout the recruitment period to meet all of the Panhellenic Sororities.
