Registration will close on Sunday, August 4th at 11:59pm EST. No registrations will be accepted after this date and time. When you register you will create a personal account. Please write down and save your username and password information You will need this account information during the recruitment rounds. Registration Fee

The 2024 registration fee is $175.
Payment must be completed at the time of registration through the online form; no cash or check is accepted. Registration fee is non-refundable. 

Registration Information
Your registration is used by chapters as your first round of recruitment. Think of this as similiar to submitting an application for job you are interesed in! Chapters will utilize your registration questions and your video to learn more about you. Information such as your address, phone number, email, emergency contact, on or off campus living, etc will not be shared with chapters and used administratively by Panhellenic to support you during the recruitment process. 

Registration takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Please be prepared to complete your registration at one time. If you leave your computer during the process, your registration information will not be saved, and you will have to restart. If you do not complete your registration at once, your account may be deleted. If this happens, don't stress or worry! Please just make a new account.

The registration form includes the following:
  • Round 1 Video which must be completed in order to register for recruitment. You will upload this with your application on Campus Director.
    • Round 1 Video Guidelines:

      • Use your phone, laptop, or a similar device to record your video - avoid using professional recording equipment. Your video can be vertical or horizontal.

      • Do not edit your video. It should be a genuine and unaltered representation of yourself.

      • Wear something casual and comfortable that makes you feel confident and presentable. Choose an outfit that reflects your personal style.

      • Film with a plain background to avoid any distractions. The focus should be on you, not on what's behind you. 

      • Ensure that you are the only person in the video. No other individuals should appear in the frame. 

      • Do not use any props in your video. Your personality and words should be the highlight.

    • Primary Video Content:

      Feel free to pick and choose a few of the prompts below to talk about in your video. However, you are not limited to discussing the prompts below!

      • What is your favorite memory from high school or college, and why is it special to you?

      • What are you looking forward to most about attending Clemson and joining a sorority?

      • Talk about a time in your life that you are most proud of. What made it significant?

      • What is something unique about you that sets you apart from others?

      • Describe what you look for in a group of friends. What qualities are important to you?

      • What are some hobbies or interests that you are passionate about?

      • Share an experience where you faced a challenge and how you overcame it. What did you learn from it?

      • Share a funny or memorable story from your life that always makes you smile when you think about it.

      • Who is someone you look up to and why? How have they influenced your life?

    • **DO NOT begin the registration until you have your round 1 video completed and ready to be uploaded.
    • How to upload your YouTube video to Campus Director:

      1. Record your video on your phone or laptop 

      2. Make a YouTube account using any email 

      3. Click “create” on the top right hand corner of the screen 

        1. Select “upload video”

      4. Select the file from your laptop to upload to YouTube

      5. Title your video with your full name 

        1. Ex: Makenzie Hazen

      6. Click “Next” until you are on the Visibility page 

        1. Select “Unlisted” anyone with the video link can watch your video

      7. Press “Save” 

      8. Copy your video link and paste in in your Campus Director profile

  • Your Clemson Email Address

  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Parent/Guardian Information
  • Your GPA 
  • An Completed/Final Electronic Transcript
    • High school transcript for incoming freshman: MUST include all final grades from high school, if you don't have your finalized transcript yet due to graduation dates, please wait to register until you have this.
    • College transcript for transfer students
    • Current Clemson students may upload an unofficial transcript
  • A Solo Picture of Yourself - optional, but highly recommended. We recommend submitting a photo such as a headshot, senior photos, or prom photos.
