Hello,

Congratulations on registering for 2024 Panhellenic Association Primary Sorority Recruitment! We are so excited you are interested in joining the Panhellenic community at the University of South Florida. During this experience, you will have the opportunity to meet the 10 Panhellenic chapters at USF and form relationships which will last a lifetime.

The 2024 Recruitment dates are as follows:

Orientation Night: Thursday, August 29 at 5:00 pm

Spirit Day: Saturday, August 31 at 9:00 a.m.

Philanthropy Day: Sunday, September 1 at 9:00 a.m.

Sisterhood Day: Monday, September 2 at 9:00 a.m. (Labor Day, No Classes)
Break: Tuesday, September 3 through Friday, September 6

Preference Day: Sunday, September 7 at 9:00 a.m.

Bid Day: Monday, September 8 at 12:00 p.m.

We will follow all safety guidelines/precautions provided by the University and the MSC.

Panhellenic Primary Recruitment is an exciting process spanning over the first two weekends in the beginning of the fall semester. The end times for each day will depend on the events you are invited to. We want to ensure you have the opportunity to attend all events you are invited to; please do not forget to take off of work and clear your schedules, as attending each event you are invited to is mandatory. 

You will receive a confirmation packet via email which will explain the Recruitment process, and offer guidance on what to expect and how to prepare. Please check your email frequently for recruitment updates.

On Orientation Night, you will be introduced to your Rho Gammas, also known as Recruitment Guides. Your Rho Gammas are current sorority members who have been carefully chosen to guide you throughout the week of Recruitment, provide you support and direction, and answer any questions you may have.
