IFC Fall Recruitment at the University of Idaho is a structured, four-day experience in which participants meet current members from all 16 IFC chapters and learn more about fraternity life. Each participant is connected to a recruitment specialist who serves as a resource and mentor throughout the experience, as well as with a group of peers who will navigate the process together. Participants are provided housing, meals, temporary storage, and supplies throughout recruitment, and the entire experience is carefully managed by student leaders and professional staff.
