Welcome to the Florida Gulf Coast University Panhellenic Registration Site!
We are so excited that you are interested in the Panhellenic Association here at FGCU! You will be able to meet the seven (7) full member Panhellenic sororities through this process. Please review the below information thoroughly, create a Campus Director account, and complete the Greeking Responsibly Module (directions to log on are below) to get started. Recruitment registration fee schedule (NON-REFUNDABLE):
Regular (May 1 - August 3) - $75.00
Panhellenic Primary Recruitment registration closes on Sunday, August 3, 2025. No exceptions will be made.
Recruitment registration fees go towards the operations of successfully executing the primary recruitment process (supplies, shirts, booklets, building costs, ranking software, etc.). Because of this, we are not able to offer refunds once payment is received.
**Note: Bio Bootcamp and WiSTEM dates may overlap with the Primary Recruitment dates and we unfortunately may not be able to make accommodations. Please continue to follow FGCU Panhellenic on social media to stay connected and we hope that you are able to participate in the Primary Recruitment process next year!**
Once registration is complete, an email which includes your account login information will be sent to you to confirm your registration. Please save a copy of this email and make note of your Campus Director username and password, so that you can access your account at a later date. This email indicates that your application was successfully submitted and will be shared with all seven (7) of the FGCU Panhellenic sororities for the purpose of 2025 Primary Recruitment.
