During Orientation, you will participate educational sessions about the formal recruitment process, a values exploration activity, and participate in a brief house tour of 1 chapter facility in the Greek Leadership Village that is pre-assigned to you. Tours will not be provided nor are permitted by chapter members, advisors, or alumnae at any other time to Potential New Members while Formal Recruitment Activites are conducted.

Please remember to be available for the following days for Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment. Attendance at all events is required to be considered for membership in any of the chapters participating in Formal Recruitment:

Friday (Evening) & Saturday, August 30-31: Round 2
Sunday, September 1: Round 3
Monday, September 2: Round 4 Preference
Tuesday, September 3 (evening): Bid Day

If you have an academic
commitment, ASU student-athlete commitment, religious commitment, urgent family commitment or scheduling concern during any of these days, please email asu.pha.recruitmentexcuses@gmail.com. Please know that formal recruitment is a formal interview process that potential new members must be present in person to meet with chapters in order to be eligible to be invited back for further rounds.

Potential new members are expected to be on time to all events including Orientation & Formal Recruitment Rounds. Tardiness may result in an inability to participate in the remainder of the formal recruitment process or daily events missed due to tardiness as an unexcused absence. If you are commuting from the West, Polytechnic, or Downtown Phoenix Campus, please make sure you check the Shuttle Schedule times during recruitment weekend as times may change from weekday to weekend schedules.
