Thank you for registering for Panhellenic Sorority Formal Recruitment 2018.
Make sure to plan to attend a Panhellenic Recruitment Orientation Session on ONE of the following times:
Wednesday, August 22nd 6pm
Wednesday August 22nd 8pm
Thursday August 23rd 6pm
Thursday August 23rd 8pm
All Orientation Sessions will be held at the Greek Leadership Community Center 2nd Floor Ballroom at 915 S Rural Rd.
You will meet your pre-assigned recruitment counselor during Orientation. Please do not inquire about your recruitment counselor until you arrive for Recruitment Orientation in August. During Orientation you will particiapte educational sessions about the formal recruitment process, a values exploration activity and participate in a brief house tour of 1 chapter facility in the Greek Leadership Village that is pre-assigned to you. Tours will not be provided nor are permitted by chapter members, advisors or alumnae at any other time to Potential New Members while Formal Recruitment Activities are conducted.
Please remember to be available for the following days for Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment. Attendance at all events is required to be considered for membership in any of the chapters participating in Formal Recruitment:
Saturday & Sunday, August 25-26: Round 1
Friday (Evening) & Saturday August 31-Sept 1: Round 2
(Recruitment Rounds will end 3 hours prior to the start of the ASU Home Football Game on Sept 1st)
Sunday, Septmeber 2: Round 3
Monday, Septmeber 3: Round 4 Preference
Tuesday, Septmeber 4 (evening): Bid Day
If you have an academic commitment, ASU student athlete commitment, religious commitment, urgent family commitment or scheduling concern during any of these days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please know that formal recruitment is a formal interview process that potential new members must be present in person to meet with chapters in order to be eligible to be invited back for further rounds.
Potential new members are expected to be on time to all events including Orientation & Formal Recruitment Rounds. Tardiness may result in an inability to participate in the remainder of the formal recruitment process or daily events missed due to tardiness as an unexcused absence. If you are commuting from the West, Poly or Downtown Campus, please make sure you check the Shuttle Schedule times during recruitment weekend as times may change from weekday to weekend schedules.
