Thank you for your interest in joining a National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sorority at The University of Tampa. Chapters included in this recruitment process are Alpha Chi Omega, Delta Gamma, Delta Phi Epsilon, Delta Zeta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Sigma Delta Tau, and Sigma Kappa.
Zeta Tau Alpha is currently establishing at the University of Tampa starting this Fall 2024, so you will also be able to meet them on Day 1, but they will not be involved in the complete formal recruitment process.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
To participate in 2024 Panhellenic Primary Recruitment, you will need to officially register before 1:00 PM EST on Thursday, August 29th, 2024.
Note: Registration takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. Please be prepared to fully register when you start your application. If you leave your computer during the process, your account may be deleted. You must complete the registration process and pay fees before the deadline, as the registration form will time out exactly at 1:00 PM EST on Thursday, August 31st, 2023.
DATES OF RECRUITMENT
As a reminder, fall Formal Recruitment takes place over 2 weekends. You must be in attendance on all days in order to participate in recruitment.
Recruitment dates are: September 1st, September 2nd, September 7th, and September 8th, 2024!
PREPARATION MATERIALS
We suggest that you prepare yourself before you start the online registration process by having the following items available on hand:
1) Final high school cumulative GPA and/or college cumulative GPA
**You will need to enter your GPA on a 4.0 unweighted scale. If your high school does not calculate your GPA on a 4.0 unweighted scale, please CLICK HERE for a GPA calculator tool so that you can calculate your GPA to meet the registration requirements.
2) A solo picture of yourself/a professional headshot
3) Legacy information (if applicable)
4) Activities/Honors/Interests/Involvement
Note: The College Panhellenic Association at The University of Tampa does not accept letters of recommendation for Panhellenic Primary Recruitment. However, please contact their National Headquarters directly if you would like to submit a letter of recommendation to one, some, or all of the chapters. We do not submit letters of recommendation to the chapters on the Potential New Member’s behalf.
REGISTRATION FEE
May 30- August 29 (at 1:00 PM EST) | Registration Fee - $45.00
Recruitment applications will not be processed until the application fee is received. If you miss any registration material, we will send you a reminder email. Payment by debit or credit card is required at the time of registration. You cannot complete the registration process without paying the required registration fee. No cash or check will be accepted.
REFUNDS
Registration refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be given after Friday, August 30, 2024, at 1:00 PM EST.
FOR SPRING 2025 ADMITTED STUDENTS
You can only participate in fall recruitment if you are a registered student attending classes in fall 2024. If you are an admitted student starting classes in spring 2025, you will have to wait until the spring semester or fall 2025 to participate in recruitment. We do have a spring recruitment; however, it looks different than fall.
