Mandatory Events

• Tue, Feb 10 – PNM 101 | 8–10pm | Student Center Ballroom

• Fri, Feb 13 – Round Robin (approx. 11:30am start)

• Sat, Feb 14 – Philanthropy (approx. 8:30am start)

• Sun, Feb 15 – Preference (approx. 12:30pm start)

• Mon, Feb 16 – Bid Day (approx. 8:00pm start)

Times for Feb 13–16 may shift. We will email any changes. All recruitment rounds take place in the Student Center.
You will not be asked to miss class, but please adjust work/other commitments.

What You MUST Complete (In Order)

1. Complete the FSL Eligibility Process

• Complete the New Member Form - this collects important information about you and gives our office permission to verify your academic eligibility. You must be logged into your Rowan email to access the form. **Please note: If you do not meet the academic requirements, we will send you an email explaining your ineligibility. You will not be permitted to join an organization until you meet our minimum requirements.

• Take the Intro to Fraternity & Sorority Life Canvas course. After you submit the new member form and we comfirm your eligibility, we will manually add you. You will receive an email notification from Canvas inviting you to the course. Once you acccept, the course will appear on your Canvas Dashboard as "Leadership Rowan Student Leadership Microcredentials". Scroll down to see the Intro to Fraternity & Sorority Life module.

• You will be responsible for reviewing the FSL course modules and completing the mandatory quiz. You only need to review the Intro to FSL Module which includes: 

  • Welcome to Rowan FSL
  • Understanding Our Community
  • Recognized vs. Unrecognized Organizations
  • Eligibility to Join
  • Hazing Prevention & Bystander Intervention

• After reviewing the modules, you must complete the quiz to test your knowledge of what you've learned. You will have a maximum of 3 attempts to score at least an 80% or higher on the quiz (12/15 correct) Once you have successfully completed the quiz, our office will confirm that you meet our eligibility requirements.

*Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for our office to add you to the Intro to FSL Canvas course after submitting the New Member Form. This form is reviewed only during the business week (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm) and will not be processed over the weekend or on holidays. If you have any questions as you are completing these requirements, please reach out to us at greeklife@rowan.edu. 

2. Register for Recruitment

Once you are eligible and have received confirmation from our office via email, complete your registration through MyCampusDirector.

3. Pay the $15 Registration Fee

• Do not pay until you have completed eligibility AND submitted your form in CampusDirector

• Fee is non-refundable

• Payment does not guarantee a bid

*Alpha Epsilon Phi is currently a recognized chapter at Rowan University but is on a Structured Accountability Plan through June 2026. They will not be taking new members during this year's recruitment process.
