Recruitment Eligibility:

The criteria for being eligible to participate in fraternity and sorority recruitment is the following: 

• the student is in good academic standing with the College (a minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA)

• the student has completed a minimum of 12 credits at an accredited 2–4-year institution of higher education 

• the student is in good social standing with the College (must be in compliance with all conduct sanctions and cannot be on a deferred suspension, or above, status)

Recruitment Schedule:

You will receive a complete and detailed schedule on the night of orientation, but below is a very general overview of the schedule for the week. Please note that due to intersession courses taking place the same week, recruitment events do not begin until at least 3pm each day, except for bid day. A more detailed schedule will be shared at the end of the semester. 

Sunday, January 5th:  PNMs arrive back to campus

Monday, January 6th: PNM Orientation

Tuesday, January 7th: Round 1 - Values Night*

Wednesday, January 8th: Round 1 - Values Night*

Thursday, January 9th: Round 2 - Philanthropy Night

Friday, January 10th: Round 3 - Sisterhood Night

Saturday, January 11th: Bid Distribution & Bid Day

*Round 1, Values Night, has been split into two evenings*
Monday, January 13th: Panhellenic New Member Summit - required for all new members who accept a bid in recruitment.

Please note: students are not permitted to miss academic or athletic commitments for recruitment related activities. You will be able to submit schedule conflicts and more information will be shared about that at the end of the fall semester.

Early Move In:
Students that have registered for recruitment and are eligible to participate in the process will be allowed to return to campus starting Sunday, January 5th. We will submit the request on your behalf to RLE once you register for recruitment.

*If at any time you decide to no longer participate in recruitment or are not eligible to participate, before Sunday, January 5th, you will not be permitted to move back early.

Registration Payment:

There is a registration fee of $40. Please make sure to complete payment of the registration fee by Friday, January 3rd. The link for payment will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation.
