Welcome to University of Chicago Panhellenic Recruitment Registration!

2025 Recruitment will be held October 1st to October 4th (rough schedule below). Recruitment will be held in person.

All registered individuals will be required to attend one of two Recruitment Info Sessions leading up to Recruitment. These will be held in person on September 27th with a virtual option on the 29th. Sign up here to be emailed the Zoom info: Zoom Interest Meeting Form


At the info sessions, Panhellenic Council and all of your Recruitment Counselors will walk women through the Recruitment schedule and answer any and all questions. 


***Registration closes September 29th at 11:59pm so that interested women who decided to attend the Meet the Greeks and Info Sessions in order to get a sense of Recruitment/UChicago Greek Life before registering have a last chance to register. If you did not sign in at one of the Info Sessions, you will not be allowed to register. 


Day 1: Philanthropy Night

Wednesday, October 1st, and Thursday, October 2nd beginning at 6 pm and ending at 10:30 pm

 

Day 2: Values Night

Friday, October 3rd, beginning at 4:45 pm and ending at 10 pm

 

Day 3: Preference Rounds:

Saturday, October 4th, beginning at 5:00 pm and ending at 10:00 pm

 

Day 4: Bid Day

Sunday, October 5th, beginning at 12:30 pm and ending at 4 pm


UChicago Panhellenic recognizes that the recruitment fee for primary recruitment registration can be prohibitive to women who would like to join sororities. This need-based fee waiver is meant for first-generation/lower-income (FGLI) women who are interested & eligible to rush during primary recruitment. Please fill this form:

If you are a registered woman going through Recruitment and know you will have a conflict on one of these days, please email our Panhellenic Recruitment Director, Allison Yang, at ucpanhelrecruitment@gmail.com with the headline "Recruitment Conflict." If you are an athlete, PLEASE do not expect your team members to submit conflict excuses for you-- you are ultimately responsible for letting us know of any scheduling issues. 
The ONLY scheduling issues that are accepted are class, varsity athletic responsibilities, and special exceptions. All of these must be communicated in advance. 

You MUST submit your conflicts by 11:59PM on September 29th otherwise they will NOT be considered.
