Welcome to UAlberta 2023 Sorority Recruitment!

We are very excited to see your interest in our recruitment! Our recruitment will be held from September 7th, 2023 to September 15th, 2023, with our registration closing on September 8th, 2023 at 11:59 pm.

On our campus, we have four Panhellenic Chapters: Alpha Gamma Delta, Delta Gamma, Kappa Alpha Theta, and Pi Beta Phi. Through the recruitment process, you will have the opportunity to meet with members from each chapter and learn more about each sorority! We recommend you download our Potential New Member Recruitment Guide to learn more about each chapter and the recruiting process.

Important Information

All submissions will be final, meaning you will not be able to edit your submission after completing registration. Please make sure to check you have filled out everything to the best of your abilities prior to submitting.

You will need to have your High School Transcripts (unofficial is acceptable, as long as they are your final transcript) or University GPA available for us to check. Each chapter has a GPA requirement, but there is no GPA requirement to participate in recruitment.

Chapter Recruitment Events begin on September 7th, 2023. We recommend you attend one of our Information Nights held on September 5th or 6th to orientate yourself with recruitment information and other Potential New Members (PNMs) like yourself.

The last day you can register is September 8th, 2023 at 11:59 pm

To register, you must be an undergraduate student enrolled at the University of Alberta and identify as a woman.

Policy Against Hazing

The NPC has adopted Unanimous Agreement IX, which condemns hazing and hazing-related behaviors. Hazing and hazing-related activities contradict all expectations of the proper behavior expected of the undergraduate and alumnae members of our member organizations as set forth in Unanimous Agreement IV, Standards of Ethical Conduct. Each member organization has its own set of bylaws, policies, and rules condemning hazing and governing the investigation and discipline involving hazing allegations.

If you are a first-year student, your high school GPA (We can convert averages to GPA)

If you are a transfer student, your transfer GPA

If you are a sophomore-senior, your university GPA

At the end of registration, a payment page will appear. This page can be ignored; there is no cost to go through recruitment at the University of Alberta.
