We are so excited that you have chosen to register for KU Panhellenic Fall Formal Recruitment! This is the registration form for the recruitment process of the 11 Panhellenic sororities here at KU!

Recruitment dates are August 9th to August 16th. Early move-in and orientation for the fall recruitment process will take place on August 9th. Events will begin on August 10th and end on August 16th. There is a $240 registration fee for signing up to take part in the fall formal recruitment process. This fee will be used for dining, transportation, technology, a t-shirt that will be provided to you for open house rounds, and other operational costs. All meals will be provided in either Mrs. E’s and South Dining Commons. You must pay this fee for your registration to be complete.

If you are living in a KU Residence Hall, Scholarship Hall, or KU Apartment, you will automatically be signed up for early move-in and assessed a $200 early move-in fee. This charge will be added to your University Account through Enroll & Pay at a later date. By registering for recruitment, your early move-in is secured—there’s no need to contact KU Housing separately.

Once you have submitted your registration form none of your responses may be edited so please make sure to proofread your registration before submitting! Your registration information will be shared with all 11 chapters so make sure you are answering all the questions fully and to the best of your ability. Record your username and password as this will be used throughout the recruitment process. Be on the lookout for text messages from a Recruitment Counselor, also known as a Rho Gamma, and make sure to keep up with Panhellenic on our instagram @kupanhellenic for important updates once you complete registration.
