Thank you for you interest in registering for Panhellenic Recruitment for Phi Sig and Phi Mu. Formal Recruitment will take place January 30, 31, AND February 1.

Please be sure to check for future emails, social media posts on supanhellenic_, and other reminders from the Stevenson University College Panhellenic Association (CPA) to stay up-to-date with the recruitment process. Be on the look out for Panhellenic Orientations and events to learn more about the council. 

Panhellenic will host an Open House on December 3rd so all potential new members can meet members of both sororities and learn about your Panhellenic operations on campus! 

Recruitment Orientation will take place Monday, January 26, 2026, and this will be an opportunity to learn about everything related to formal recruitment.

Eligibility requirements to join a greek life organization at Stevenson University, you must:
  • Currently enrolled
  • Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
  • Minimum 12 collegiate earned credits (Be at least a 2nd semester freshman or first semester transfer student)
  • Must attend and complete the FSL 101 session
  • Must have a favorable judicial and conduct record
  • Complete Hazing Acknowledgement Form

You will be notified of your eligibility status prior to the requirement weekend. In preparation for the weekend, please see the following schedule for recruitment:

  • January 30, 2026 - Formal Recruitment FSL 101 Session, 5:00PM to 5:45PM, location TBA
    January 30, 2026
    – Sisterhood Round: 6:00 PM to 7:10 PM, Arrive at Rockland Lynn Duncan room at 5:45pm

  • January 31, 2026 – Philanthropy Round: 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM, Arrive at Rockland Lynn Duncan room at 3:45pm

  • February 1, 2026 – Preference Round, Bid Day: 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM, Arrive at Rockland Lynn Duncan room at 10:45am
    February 1, 2026Bid Day:
    6:00 PM - Arrive at Rockland Lynn Duncan room at 5:55PM.
