Hello friends! 

We are so excited for you all to meet members of the Panhellenic community! Winter 2024 Primary Recruitment is slated to take in place in person, with a virtual first round. Any changes will be communicated to this email, as well as posted on @northwesternpha on Instagram.

Here are a couple reminders:

• You will need to attend a Potential New Member Orientation on either 1/9 or 1/10. At this session, you will learn more about the Recruitment process, and meet your Recruitment Counselor (RC). Your RC is a member of a Panhellenic chapter who will serve as a guide and a resource throughout the Winter recruitment process. 

• Winter Recruitment days can be long. While you will not be in events all day, each day, it is likely that you will be participating in events for most of the day. The schedule for the days are follows:

• Set 1: January, 11th & 12th, virtual, (approx. 5pm-10:00pm)

• Set 2: January, 13th, in person, (approx. 9am-8:00pm)

• Preference: January 14th, in person, (approx. 8am-2:00pm)

• Bid Night: January 14th,  (approx. 7:30pm-11:00pm)

Please keep in mind that your nights may be longer depending on how long it takes to input your preferences. As a reminder, you will not be in events the entirety of this time. Breaks, meal times, etc. will be built into the schedule. We have multiple events scheduled throughout the day, to accommodate multiple groups, therefore most can expect several breaks in your schedule between events 

If you have any foreseeable reason why you will need to be absent during Winter recruitment please submit an absence and conflict request here.

We recognize that GPAs do not tell the full story of your experience at Northwestern. If there is additional context that you would like to provide regarding your GPA, please do so here.

There is a $35 registratrion fee for recruitment, which covers the cost associated with the use of this platform and space reservations. If you feel you'll need support in covering this registration fee, we ask you to complete our fee waiver.

The deadline to sign up for Winter recruitment is at 11:59 pm on January 5th, 2023. If you have friends or acquaintances you think would make excellent Panhellenic members who are still unsure about signing up for PHA Winter recruitment, please encourage them to do so. Registration will not open back up again. 

This application should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
