We are excited you are interested in signing up for Panhellenic Primary Recruitment!

PHC Primarry Recruitment will run from Sunday, January 17th, 2021 through Friday, January 22th, 2021. It will be hosted entirely virtually using Zoom and Canvas (classroom software), you do not need to be in the local area to go through recruitment.

Registration Fees:
Registration Fee is $25
Priority Deadline to Register is December 15th 

Application for a Recruitment Registration Fee Waiver:
Joining a Panhellenic Sorority at Penn does have a financial cost. Each sorority has dues for membership to pay for the experience that comes with being part of the organization. (More information about these costs can be found in the Flip Book - To be released soon - and during Philanthropy Round of Primary Recruitment) However, if you are looking to see if a sorority is something you want to make work financially and are unsure if you are able to go through Primary Recruitment due to the registration costs this waiver may be right for you.

Panhellenic welcome students with disabilities and we are committed to providing the same exceptional opportunities to all students. Schedule Conflicts:
If you think you have a schedule conflict for the week or once you determine your classes if there is a conflict, please fill out the conflict form to notify the recruitment team so we can adjust your schedule. Conflicts must be excused in order to participate in recruitment, so please fill out the form as soon as you are aware of a conflict. 


Eligibility Requirements:
In order to be eligible for membership, a candidate must:
  1. Be a full-time enrolled undergraduate student in good standing with the University of Pennsylvania.
  2. Have at least 4.0 course units completed on their University of Pennsylvania transcript.
  3. Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50.
  4. Must register on Campus Director or complete Aspirant Grade Verification Form within respective timelines.

Please note that individual chapters may impose additional academic requirements to the University standards listed above. Course credits and academic eligibility vary across undergraduate schools. If you are considering in participating in recruitment, we encourage you to speak with your academic advisor.
