Welcome to the University Panhellenic Council's Formal Recruitment Registration Process

IMPORTANT - YOU MUST FULLY READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION!

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING: Registration closes on August 7th, 2023.
 
HELPFUL INFORMATION:

You will NOT be able to save and return to this form once you begin. Be prepared to complete this form fully now with ALL required documents readily available.

Recruitment 2023 will include all in-person events.
  • Opening Convocation & Open House will be on August 15th in person. The Open House portion of the day will be asynchronous with chapters viewing potential new memeber (PNM) Videos and PNMs viewing chapter-produced videos with your Recruitment Guide groups on campus. 
  • The following rounds, Philanthropy, Sisterhood, and Preference, will all be in-person.
Please make sure your resume is up to date and thorough! 
  • Chapters read all registration materials thoroughly to get to know each student and what she may bring to the chapter.
  • Make sure your resume includes any involvement in clubs, athletics, honor societies, service, leadership experiences, part-time jobs, etc. as well as your hobbies and interests.
  • This is your chance for chapters to get to know your accomplishments and interests on paper before they meet you so utilize it fully!
THINGS YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM:
  • High school GPA AND college GPA (if applicable)
  • Legacy information for your family (if applicable) Please do not submit men's fraternity legacies.
  • An electronic version of a current photo - in jpeg format
  • An electronic version of your resume with a listing of activities from HS and/or College to upload - in pdf format.
  • An electronic version of your transcript - HS students should upload a completed HS transcript (we want a final GPA), College students should upload a college transcript, and HS students with college hours should upload both. If you are uploading 2 transcripts, please combine them into a single document for upload. If you are a continuing UT Austin student, you do not need to upload a UT Austin transcript as the sorority and fraternity life staff have access to checking your UT records.
  • PNMs MUST complete the "Values Activity" linked here. You can complete this activity now before accessing the form or when completing the form. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

  • The registration fee for recruitment 2023 is $175.

After completing this form check your email for a confirmation message (check your spam/junk folder). This message includes instructions for creating and uploading your Open House introduction video to BOX as well as links to other helpful information.
