Hello!

 

Thank you for registering for Panhellenic Primary Recruitment 2024! We are SO excited for recruitment this fall, and we are even more excited that you decided to join our community! I have compiled some helpful information for you to hopefully answer some of your inital questions. But please don't hesitate to reach out to me with your questions, I want to make sure you feel prepared and excited for recruitment!

You have now completed the first step to register for recruitment by submitting your registration form. In order to finalize your registration, we will need to you to complete a second step by paying your registration. Remember, you will not be considered fully registered until you have completed this step. You will be taken to University Tickets, the website OSU uses for student event ticketing and registration purchasing. If you cannot access the payment link, please contact me at PanhellenicVP-Recruitment@oregonstate.edu

Follow these instructions to complete your registration:
1. The link should take you directly to the Panhellenic Registration event page. If it does not, please contact me.
2. In the green box, select your quantity of tickets. You can only select one (1) as you can only pay for one registration at a time.
3. Click "Select Seats".
4. On the next page, click "Log In/Register" and "Student/Faculty/Staff" in either of the light blue boxes.
5. You will be prompted to log in with your ONID username and password. Once you enter in your username and password, you will need to verify your identity via DUO to proceed. If you have not yet set up your ONID and/or have not used DUO yet, please reach out so we can assist you! It is important that you use your OSU ONID username to complete this step as the recruitment registration is only available for students to purchase.
6. Once l
ogged in, enter in the required information (address, email, etc) and your payment information to complete the purchase of your registration!

You will receive an automated email confirming your purchase once complete. If you do not receive this email, check your spam/junk folder and contact me if you cannot find it.

 

Please ensure you complete this as soon as you can to remain active in the recruitment process!

The registration fee is to ensure we have the necessary supplies and spaces to run our recruitment process, and to cover your Panhellenic-provided shirt for Sisterhood Round. You must complete this registration fee payment in order for your recruitment registration to be accepted. Thank you for your patience and understanding!


As a reminder, the information you provide on your registration form will be shared with our chapters so they can get to know you before the start of recruitment. You are able to update this information throughout the summer, but we recommend that you try to complete this step sooner rather than later so you don't forget! Don't stress about your responses, stay true to yourself and let us get to know you!

 

Fall 2024 Panhellenic Primary Recruitment Schedule - Be sure to add this to your calendar now! All events are required. If you have any conflicts for recruitment, you will report them to Panhellenic through a form at PNM Orientation. However, we encourage you to try and avoid conflicts when possible so you can have the best recruitment experience!

  • PNM Check-In - Thursday, September 26 in the Student Experience Center lobby
    • This is a drop-in event where you will confirm your contact information with Panhellenic and recieve your PNM bag and Round 1 shirt!
  • PNM Orientation - Friday, September 27th from 6-8pm the MU Ballroom
  • Round 1: Sisterhood - Saturday, September 28th
  • Round 2: Philanthropy - Sunday, September 29th
  • Round 3: Chapter Tours
    • Day 1 - Tuesday, October 1st
    • Day 2 - Wednesday, October 2nd
  • Round 4: Preference - Thursday, October 3rd
  • Bid Day - Friday, October 4th

Your Recruitment Counselors (aka Gamma Chis) will be contacting you soon! Recruitment Counselors are Panhellenic sorority members who have volunteered to disaffiliate from their chapters so they can support Potential New Members (that's you!) through the recruitment process. You can ask them all your questions about what sorority life is like, what to expect from recruitment, or even what to pack for college! They have been training all year and are so excited to assist you through this process so don’t hesitate to ask them questions.
