Welcome to 2025 Panhellenic Recruitment at East Texas A&M University (ETAMU)! We are thrilled you are interested in joining one of our three Panhellenic sororities and hope that you find your home in our community. Being a member of a chapter allows women to develop leadership skills, articulate our values and align our actions accordingly, join a network of sisters both domestically and internationally, and enrich our overall collegiate experience.
Please read the below information carefully so that you fully understand the expectations of women choosing to participate in the recruitment process. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Panhellenic Advisor, Lauren Cole at lauren.cole@tamuc.edu
GO LIONS!
I understand once I receive information about membership or bid to a College Panhellenic chapter, I am giving the Office of Student Engagement authorization to provide my academic information, each semester for the remainder of my affiliation, to my chosen chapter as well as ETAMU Panhellenic Council.
I understand if I have been initiated into one of the 26 National Panhellenic Conference sororities I am ineligible to participate in any form of recruitment, per NPC Unanimous Agreement III< "A woman who is or who has ever been an initiated member of an existing NPC sorority shall not be eligible for membership in another NPC sorority." To review the 26 member organizations, click here. Please note, receiving a bid, pledging, and initiation is three different things. If you are confused as to whether or not you are eligible to participate in recruitment, please contact the Panhellenic Advisor, Lauren Cole at lauren.cole@tamuc.edu.
DISCLOSURE: By checking the box below and clicking "next" I agree to the terms listed above and allow my registration information to be made available to the East Texas A&M University Panhellenic chapters as part of the recruitment process.
Once you have completed the registration form the information will be forwarded to each of the 3 Panhellenic chapters on the ETAMU campus. This action, though, does not require you to join a Greek organization, nor does it obligate any Greek organization to offer you membership.
This registration form is for women interested in the three College Panhellenic Conference (CPC) sororities: Alpha Phi, Chi Omega, and Gamma Phi Beta. If you are interested in a National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. (NPHC) sorority (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.; Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.; or Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.) or Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) sorority (Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc.), this is not the application that you need to complete. Please contact Lauren Cole, Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at lauren.cole@tamuc.edu for more information on those chapters.
